Robert was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended Brother Martin High School. After high school, he attended LSU where he received a BS in Kinesiology with a focus on Human Movement Science. Following LSU, he moved to Mobile, Alabama to attend PT school at South Alabama Medical Center. After graduation, he came back to Baton Rouge to begin practicing and start a family.

Carie Gail Hidalgo is a Fitness Professional who values helping others reach their optimal Health and Fitness level.
Carie Gail obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Promotion and Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2006. Before graduating from college, she completed her internship in a Physical Therapy clinic. Carie Gail was a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for 13 years. During that time, she trained athletes including Dancers, Cheerleaders, Runners, Softball and Volleyball players.
Carie Gail is a native of St. Amant, LA. She attended St. Amant High School where she was a Varsity Cheerleader. Her favorite class in Highschool was Sports Medicine, which is where her love of human movement and interest in Kinesiology began.
Brooke Elisar holds a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion from Oklahoma State University and has been a leader in the Fitness industry for over 20 years. She has many professional certifications including (TPI) Titleist Performance Institute, Level 1, Fitness Instructor and (MET) Medical Exercise Training.
